Daa-meganizer active id parsing

Hello,

I am wondering how i can enable the active id parsing in daa-meganizer. I am trying to analyse a diamond alignment file with EGGNOG classification and the references have a cog| number associated with them. in the MEGAN GUI this is no problem but i cannot find the option in the command line tool. I use the -t4eggnog parameter

This is the item that you are looking for in the usage synopsis that daa-meganizer provides when you run the program without any command line options:

-t4eggnog, --tags4eggnog [string]    Tags for EGGNOG id parsing (must set to activate id parsing).
