Hi everyone,
First all, thank you Mr Huson for created MEGAN, it is very useful for my analyses.
I’m working on metabarcoding data with replicates of my samples. I had generated a biom file for each sample and each of theses biom files contain the data for the replicates of a sample. I use the function “compare” on MEGAN to have an overview of all the samples. It gived me a bar chart with one bar per sample and didn’t show the composition of all the replicates. It suits me fine because it is easy to read. But I want to know what happened with the replicates before to have a only one result/sample in my chart. It is the mean of each data of all replicates ?
Thank you in advance for your help
