I have updated MEGAN to version 6.21.1 and am running it on Mac OS 11.2.2. I am using /file/compare option to load multiple samples and then Groups viewer to add new column and group my samples.
Since update, the feature to color pies based on the grouping or “attribute” have stopped working correctly. The legend shows colors as designed by “attribute” but that is not reflected in the colors of the pies.
