Change LCA parameters MEGAN server

Dear MEGAN community,

Is it possible to change LCA parameters for samples that are loaded via MEGAN server? The “Change LCA Parameters” option is greyed out…

Additionally, is there a means of saving metadata to RMA6 files on MEGANserver? This would make working with my lab group’s data much easier.

In relation to these questions, I noticed that the loaded files are (read-only) – though permissions to the files on the server which they are hosted are writeable:

Dear Raphael,

at present, all functions of MeganServer are read-only. We might look into making the service read-write, but that will not be in the near future.
