I am currently using the CARD (Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database) to analyze my samples. I managed to convert a rma file from a blast output but am having difficulties getting a biome/feature table out of it. The CARD viewer icon is grayed out on MEGAN6 CE (v.6.24.4, v.6.24.6)and I guess it’s probably because of a missing mapping file for CARD. Does anyone have an alternative or if you have a mapping file for CARD? Any recommendations or suggestion is greatly appreciated!
