Cannot access new NCBI-taxonomy mapping file

i was trying to download the new NCBI-taxonomy mapping file. But, when I click the link I always get this message:

The requested URL /data/software/megan6/download/prot_acc2tax-Nov2016.abin.zip was not found on this server.

Can anyone suggest me how to conduct taxonomy mapping since I have used the new nr database?
