Hi there, is it possible to batch edit the LCA parameters on multiple files with the community edition? I have a whole lot of files that I want to adjust the parameters and see how that affects my data, i’ve been working with the comparison window - but can’t change the LCA parameters with that.
I was hoping to be able to modify multiple files at once - does anyone know if this possible? Commandline is fine.

The fastest would be to use .DAA files and to run daa-meganizer with different parameters on the DAA files. You can also use blast2rma on other file formats, but that will be much slower. Either way, both are command line programs that perform taxonomic and functional binning.
Use daa2info or rma2info to extract classifications etc from the files
