Batch BLAST results proccesing

Hi,
Is it possible to add a batch feature proccessing blast output files like diamond *.daa format? I mean if you load e.g. 10 diamond files you’ll got 10 separated megan outputs per sample in contrast with the blast importer which merge all of the inputs to one megan file.

Please use daa-meganizer. This program prepares .daa files for opening in MEGAN. You can specify any number of .daa files and each is processed separately.
