Adding new items to meganized DAA file

Hi, I’m wondering what happens if i meganize an already-meganized DAA files. for example:
1st round: meganize a DAA file with taxonomy + KEGG
2nd round: meganize the same DAA file with SEED

for the final DAA file, will i get taxonomy+KEGG+SEED, or just SEED?

@sdzblnz Re-MEGANizing will delete the previous MEGANized block and add a new one with only the selected classification.
It’s better to use the -on option like this:

-on Taxonomy KEGG SEED

Otherwise, you’ll only get SEED in the new file.
